Our delivery information is available here. As you can see, we deliver using our own team. We want your furniture to arrive in the absolute best condition so we only use reputable couriers who’s standards of service are complimented by a whole range of users.
Glossfurniture.co.uk hold stocks of a large range of products so we are able to provide a fast reliable and complete service to our customers. If a product is in stock you will normally expect to receive it within 10 working days. Your order will generate an email/text giving you an indication of expected delivery and the opportunity to change that delivery. For large items we would normally expect to deliver within 14 days, again you will receive an email/text. If there is any change to this you will be notified.

How much do we charge for delivery?
Firstly, Lighting is FREE delivery
Items under 25kg – £15 (Mon-Fri deliveries)
Items over 25kg – £25 (Mon-Fri deliveries)
If you order a number of items as part of one order you will only be charged once for that order. If an item as part of your order is out of stock there will be no delivery charge once it is available for delivery. With our service if you are ordering multiple items it will offer a definite benefit as you will not be charged an invisible delivery charge on each item.

Returning unwanted items
In the event that you wish to return an item that you have ordered it is important that the item is in the same condition as which it was delivered. The returned items must be re-sellable and have all their packaging. We will not accept items that are returned without their packaging. If you require the items to be collected then their will be a return charge of £25 for items under 50Kg and £50 for items over 50Kg. The charges are different to our delivery charges because Gloss furniture.co.uk subsidise the cost of delivery to our customers.
On the day of delivery, please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into. Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared. Our delivery team will unpack your furniture, install it in the room of your choice and if you wish we will remove all packing materials from your home and recycle wherever possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to take away your old furniture. To make sure you are completely satisfied with your furniture the delivery team will ask you to sign for your furniture after it has been installed.
